Designing Your Custom Sectional Hula Hoop

First, Choose a Color! Choose from one of 11 different beautiful color patterns that fit your style.

Second, Pick your hoop size. We offer sizes from 26″ – 36″ to meet the needs of the fitness hooper, the beginner, as well as the flopro!

For beginners we recommend a hoop diameter between 30″-34″. The larger size allows slower rotations, and for you to really feel with your hoop. A lighter hoop is a disadvantage to beginners because it will easily fall off your waist and hit the ground!

For fitness we suggest to go with a size between 33″-36″. Largest sizes weigh the most and are best for steady waist hooping.

And for the future instagram pro hooper, try a diameter between 28″ – 30″. A lighter hoop will allow you to have quick and light movements, and fast reaction time from your hoop. Transitions between moves will be easy, and your flow will expand in no time!

Third, Choose your tubing size! We offer 5/8″ & 3/4″. A 3/4″ tubing will offer a larger grip for your hand and is recommended for beginners!

Fourth, and lastly, do you want 3M Grip Tape? Grip tape will only benefit you by allowing the hoop to grip to your fingers at the times you need it most. 3M Tape is not applied, comes as a roll!

Remember Hoop Diameter is measured by OD (Outside Diameter). This means from the outside edges of the hoop!
